Dave is the founder of Dave Darby & Company and brings his 25 years of professional mentoring and family counseling experience to our PIQ Kids camps. He also has 8 years of youth sports coaching (softball, football, soccer), and currently the head coach of Colorado Royals, a local softball team. His strengths are vision, leadership, and team-building. His weaknesses are possessing a tireless energy and pizza (New York, Chicago, Detroit—he loves them all.)
